The Digital Health Profile works because it’s built incrementally using individuals’ platform data. And at its core, the platform is set up to add value to people’s lives and engage them in an honest dialogue about their health through Insights, signposts, surveys and Experiments.


Traditional HRAs have a completion rate of 15-20%. Why so low?

Because people don’t have much of an incentive to finish them. Or respond honestly. That’s what happens when deeply personal questions are put forth in in cold isolation. We ask tough questions too – but not all at once and only when we’ve built trust. Then we keep the conversation going with data-driven Insights and targeted messaging as we build people’s Digital Health Profiles.
